Business Plan
The Business Plan sets out the work priorities for the Lancashire Environment Forum on a yearly basis. It gives targets and milestones against which the Forum can monitor its progress.
The purpose of the business plan is to help the Lancashire Environment Forum to identify, clarify and communicate:
- An overview of the Forum,
- The main projects and work commitments and how these will be monitored
- The actions the Forum will undertake
The plan is renewed annually, but an electronic form is updated regularly throughout the year to ensure that progress against plans or changes in priorities are recorded.
The plan is a live document, and can be changed to take into account emerging work areas and changing priorities.
The business plan lists the major projects and work commitments for the year, which can be used to measure performance of the Environment Forum.
